Pick My Polish Round 2

Well, since I had so much fun with Pick My Polish Round 1, I figured I'd do a round 2 now that I have more followers. It's been about a week and a half since I've worn nail polish and there are so many colours I want to wear. I just can't make up my mind. So I will be getting you guys to pick what polish I will wear. Anything that has 'N' under the pic column in the spreadsheet is up for picking. And starting on Tuesday, I'll be wearing polish again.

Click here for the spreadsheet that lists all the colours I own.

Just leave a comment here with what polish you want to see.

My spreadsheet isn't complete. But it does list all the polishes I own.

Colours that people have already chosen:
1) N.Y.C. Molten Metal (KrisInPhilly)
2) China Glaze Wagon Trail (WizardsOfBling)
3) Gosh Metallic Green (CucumPear)
4) Rescue Beauty Lounge Mismas (Erin)
5) Models Own Green Grass (Alisa)
6) Rescue Beauty Lounge Plie (Stephanie)
7) American Apparel Peacock (origami)
8) Essie Bordeaux (jellynat)
9) Rescue Beauty Lounge Dead Calm (fishgirl182)
10) Zoya Tangy (polishsis)
11) China Glaze Flying Dragon (ch3rryco1a) [Re-swatch]
12) Zoya Lulu (Heather)
13) Nubar Iced Licorice (Skulda)
14) Joe Fresh Peacock (DistantDreamer)
15) China Glaze Awakening (cupcakequeen22)
16) MAC Blue India (origami)
17) American Apparel Factory Grey (origami)
18) OPI At Your Quebec & Call (origami)

Edit: Pick my Polish has been made a permanent feature on my blog. There is now a permanent page for it. So please check along the top toolbar. =D

  1. Ooooh, it was a total impulse buy. And it's still in my untried pile. I look forward to wearing it. =)

  3. Gosh Metallic Green sounds intriguing! I'd love to see that.

  4. I keep hearing good things about RBL Mismas. Can we see that one? :D

  5. First, I just have to say that your spreadsheet is impressive. High five from a fellow super organized girl!

I'd love to see Models Own Green Grass.

  6. Added to the list!

CucumPear: I just hope that one's not too streaky.

    Erin: Of course you can!

Alisa: *High fives back* This is what 2 or 3 years of working in a museum does for you. Categorization, lists, descriptions, records. It doesn't help that I was OCD to begin with.

  7. Rescue Beauty Lounge Plie. I think I really want that one for myself.

  8. Added! I've worn it before. I wasn't really sure I liked it. So if the second time's a flop, I'll send it over.

  9. I actually really like your spreadsheet as well. Right now, my polishes are just categories as warm colors, cool colors, and neutrals (which includes simple glitters). Then I have a box that I put all of the bottles in that I've taken pictures of.

I'm not sure how you organize the actual polishes, but the notes you put on them, the record of the date you posted them... Very cool. :D

  10. They are currently organized by colour. But yeah, my spreadsheet started off pretty simple. Brand, name, colour. It kinda just got a bit out of control. I don't think I'd be able to do an organization system based on warm and cool. Most of my colours are cool, just because that's what works best with my colouring. And I'm glad you like it. Makes all that work worth it when someone else other than me can appreciate it.

  11. Eek! I'm so behind on my favorite nail polish blogs! I guess I know what I'll be doing this weekend. :)

Hm, because I'm terrible at choosing I would love to see:

    American Apparel Peacock
    MAC Blue India
    American Apparel Factory Grey
OPI At Your Quebec & Call

They're in order of preference so if I had to choose one I would say American Apparel Peacock because I'm curious as to formula/application/etc.

BTW your spreadsheet is a really great idea and I think I might put one together myself now. :D

  12. It's a cool idea to ask what we want to see! I'd love to see Essie Bordeaux. No urge but I'd love that... :)

  13. I would love to see Zoya Tangy, thinking of buying it zo a swatch would be helpful.

Great spreadsheet, wonderful collection, you are very organised!

  14. Ohh! I was in Sally's yesterday and I saw a bottle of China Glaze - Flying Dragon for the first time and was instantly in love. Would you mind adding this to your swatching list so I could see if it was worth buying? It looks so electric in the bottle!

  15. Origami: I'll take your first polish and add it to the list and then after everyone else has picked, I'll add the rest to the list. =)

Jellynat: Done! Will get it added.

    fishgirl182: No problemo.

polishsis: Thanks! I'll get that added. I have a feeling I won't be keeping that. If I choose not to keep it, you can have it.

ch3rryco1a: Flying Dragon has been swatched. Check it out here: http://polish-holic.blogspot.com/2009/12/china-glaze-flying-dragon.html

  16. ch3rryco1a: Actually, if I have time, I might just redo it. It's not the greatest of swatches.

  17. Either way, it doesn't matter. I went and looked up a few other swatches and it doesn't seem to look as awesome on your nails as in the bottle. :(

I choose your favorite polish to add to the list, unless you've already swatched that too, of course. :)

  18. Oh, no no no. This is not about me choosing. The point is for me not to have to choose. So you gotta pick. =)

    ReplyDelete
  19. Sorry dear, that was the first one on the list.

  20. Tha's so kind! If you choose to re-locate Tangy, I would love to give her a new home.

  21. Sweet, I'm looking forward to these swatches!

I hope you don't mind but I took inspiration from your spreadsheet and revamped the (very sad looking) one I had started ages ago and completely forgotten about.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Oh no, I totally don't mind at all. Go nuts! And you should totally let me know what the final product looks like. =)

    ReplyDelete
  23. That was the 3rd one that you picked. I'm not sure if you're aware, but I have a list of the polishes that have already been picked at the end of the post. The ones you want to pick from are the ones that are on the spreadsheet that is linked up in the post.

  24. I would like to see Zoya LuLu please. I'm a fan of pinks and peaches myself. :) Especially for spring.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I've never seen Nubar -Iced Licorice.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I randomly picked one: Joe -- Peacock. Never heard of the brand so it'll be interesting to see!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Great, I would like to see Model's Own Green Grass please :)

    ReplyDelete
  28. Sorry, that one's already been swatched. The list you're looking at are the ones that people have already picked. You want to pick from this list:

  29. China Glaze Awakening, please! I'm considering buying this one but have only seen a couple of swatches online. Thanks!

  30. Hi!

Is this still your most recent "pick my polish" post? If so:

Nicole by OPI Blues in the Night
    OPI Gargantuan Green Grape
    Rescue Beauty Lounge Recycle
    Sally Hansen Commander in Chic

Yes, I know - that would be four polishes. But, if you run out of picked polishes you can add in my other three! See, I think ahead, hehehe.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Hello dear! This is actually no longer the most recent post. I've made it permanent and given it a page at the top toolbar of my blog. I'll just add your picks to that list. =D

  32. Sweet. You're a doll. Let the comment mud-slide begin! :D
